Our process is a High Heat Polyrea spray that sets in approximately 6 to 8 seconds and the vehicle will be ready for work within 6 hours. The application normally is accomplished within 1 to 11/2 hours. Other competitors products using Polyurethane takes 4 to 6 hours to apply and the beds are not usable for 24 to 48 hours.
